All orders are processed over 2-business days, unless expedited, and shipped from Center Valley, PA 18034 via USPS First Class Mail. If expedited shipping is selected, Priority Mail will be used. Delivery time within the United States is 1-5 business days and, generally, 5-15 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that during holidays, or times of high volume, these time estimations may vary. Alexiss Swimwear cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been shipped.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
  • Orders are processed & shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • With a minimum purchase of $100 or more, shipping is of no cost to you (USA shipping only)
  • All orders are secured in a pink poly mailer envelope
  • If you order with an eCheck through PayPal, we will not ship your order until the check clears and payment is received.
  • The company name on your shipping label as well as your credit card statement will be Alexiss Swimwear
 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All orders are shipped from Center Valley, PA 18034
  • Shipping on orders in the USA under $100 is $10
  • Shipping on international orders is $25
  • Expedited shipping is an additional $10
  • Expedited orders are upgraded from USPS First Class Mail to Priority Mail
  • Every order is shipped to the address YOU provide. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 36 hours for the USPS system to update.
  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date
  • Once your package is in the hands of USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of Alexiss Swimwear
  • Taxes & Duty fees on International Orders is the customer’s responsibility
  • Alexiss Swimwear is not responsible for any shipping fees that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carrier services to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • We cannot guarantee availability of our product, on a very rare occasion, items may unexpectedly be out of stock and unable to be shipped with an order. In this instance we will contact the customer by email and notify them of the situation, items may be substituted upon request or a refund will be issued for the missing product.
  • If a response is not received within 48 hours the amount of the missing product will be refunded and the order will be shipped. Alexiss Swimwear will not be held liable for items that are out of stock for any further discounts or reparations, or be held accountable if the customer does not receive notification.
  • We cannot guarantee availability at a particular time. We reserve the right to change our merchandise offerings, at any time. We also reserve the right to change contents, features and offerings, of the site from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • You will receive a shipment notification email from Alexiss Swimwear with a USPS tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering without penalty. Simply email Sales@ShopAlexiss.com with your order number & your order will be immediately cancelled.
  • If an order is requested to be cancelled after it has been shipped but before it has been delivered to you, it will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee plus any shipping fees incurred. Your card will not be refunded until after the order has been returned to our warehouse. Once you have accepted delivery of your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
