Please note that Beauty is Not a Size and swimsuits may fit differently on you and your curves than the model and customers shown. We encourage you to refer to our size chart and order the size that best matches your measurements.

Please try your new Alexiss Swimwear bottoms on for initial fitment over-top of an undergarment!
Exchanges: Please note that the item(s) you wish to exchange your current items for may be out of stock by the time we receive your item(s) in the mail. To get your item(s) quicker & to guarantee the item is in stock (based off of current inventory), place a New Order online then Return your current item(s) for a refund! (Refunds follow refund guidelines. See below.)

The hygienic liner in bottoms must be in tact & tags are not to be removed
We recommend trying your bottoms on with your own underwear to prevent any signs of wear
There cannot be any damage to the swimsuit. NO SIGNS OF WEAR (Missing rhinestones, pulled threads, deodorant marks, etc)
A $10 restocking fee is applied to ALL returns, which will be reflected by the amount refunded to you
Products on sale CANNOT be returned under any circumstance.
No returns allowed on face masks due to health protection & hygienic reasons.

Processing your Refund / Exchange Item
Returns & exchanged as processed in the order in which they are received. Once your package is received and the product is inspected, we will send you an email confirmation and an approval or rejection of your item[s]. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.If you're exchanging & your requested size is no longer in stock, we'll refund you for that item. This item will follow the guidelines of a refund & receive a $10 restocking fee. Please read below for refund guidelines.
Refunds (if applicable)
Gift cards & face masks are not permitted to be returned or refunded for any reason! Once your return is received and inspected, we will ONLY send you an email to notify you if we have rejected your item. If your package is approved & accepted, your refund will be processed and you'll receive an email of a refund that will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. A $10 restocking fee is deducted from ALL refunds.Refunds will not be allowed on items that are not returned. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to send the items back & request a refund as long as your items have no sign of wear.
Damaged items MUST BE shipped back to us to be inspected.
Chargebacks
If you request a chargeback, we'll reach out to you in regards to the chargeback. You have 24 hours to reply to us before we submit information regarding your chargeback. Absolutely no refunds are applicable in any chargeback made over 14 days from the date you receive your items. If a chargeback is requested due to damage of the items, we'll request photos of the items & provide a return label, free of charge, to inspect the items in-house. If we find the damage to be done by the customer, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.
Shipping
Our products are shipped using the following carrier: USPS. Shipping & expediting costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Alexiss Swimwear is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS. We have absolutely no control over the delivery of your item once it's in USPS' hands.
